Privacy policy

Flux Autopilot is an internal tool of Flux Media (flux-media.io), a Google Ads agency. Only Flux Media staff can sign in. This policy explains which data the tool uses and how it is protected.
Data we access
- Google account: the email address and name of the staff member who signs in, to check access against our allowlist.
- Google Ads API: reporting data and settings of the Google Ads accounts managed by Flux Media under our own manager account (campaigns, budgets, keywords, search terms, products, conversions, settings). Read-only.
- Google Merchant Center (Merchant API): account issues, product statuses and data sources of our clients' Merchant Center accounts. Read-only.
- Shopify (only when a client store is connected): daily order totals (revenue and number of orders). No customer names, addresses or contact details are stored.
How we use it
- Only to monitor our clients' advertising, calculate recommendations and reports, and show them to Flux Media staff in the dashboard and in our internal Slack workspace.
- We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or to build profiles of people.
- The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
- Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database in the EU (Frankfurt). The application runs on Vercel and Railway. Connections are encrypted (TLS); access tokens and app secrets are additionally encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM).
- Detailed reporting data is kept for 60 days, aggregated data for as long as the client relationship lasts. A client's data is deleted on request or when the relationship ends.
Your choices
- Access for the Google Ads, Merchant Center or Shopify connection can be revoked at any time in the Google account settings (Security → Third-party access) or in Shopify (Settings → Apps). Contact us to have data deleted.
